Outsider Problem

The Outsider Problem is what many people experience as they begin searching for new jobs or try to change industries. This video gives context to frame the two most powerful tools in designing your career: Networking and Informational Interviewing

Choose one of the five jobs, companies, or industries that you listed before. Then list ten questions that you would be curious to learn about from someone in that position, organization, or industry. A good set of questions will often range from very specific (“tell me about your day yesterday”) to more general and hypothetical (“if you could go back and give yourself one piece of advice when you started this job, what would it be?”
